Using Library Databases and Content in Canvas (Faculty)

Use this guide to learn how to link and embed content from library resources into your Canvas courses.

Introduction to LibGuides

To further enhance your Canvas pages, modules, and assignments, you can now add LibGuides (library created and curated guides) to Canvas.

LibGuides are a new resource the library team has been working on to give students tutorials, guides, and best practices on a variety of subjects. If you would like to request a LibGuide for your course, the library team would be happy to help. Some ideas for LibGuides might be a specific research topic special to your class, like tips for what resources to use, what websites could be helpful, and strategies for students to search on them. The possibilities are endless.

Here are some of the guides we've already created.
